2 bedroom, 2 bath unit . Approx. 1100 Sq. Ft. (1200 including the lanai).

This is a new condo on the Rental Program. It has been completely renovated in 2023.

Both bedrooms have a Queen size bed with wall mounted Tv’s for your entertainment.

Both bathrooms have been renovated and has a walk-in shower with Happy Floor tiles with Frontgate bath towels and Frontgate beach towels.

There is an added bar on the lanai area and has been incorporated with the living room.
